These Terms govern your use of nutricoverylabs.com and any purchase you make from Nutri-Covery Labs (“we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. By entering the site and placing an order you represent that you are 21 or older and that you are acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are:

  • Not for human or veterinary use
  • Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use
  • Not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements
  • Not approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use
  • Not for resale as consumer goods

By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research entity, and that you will not administer these products to humans or animals. You accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you purchase.

3. No claims

We make no representation, warranty, or claim regarding the safety, efficacy, suitability, or effect of any product for any purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or guidance on use in humans or animals.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order through this site is an offer to purchase. It is not a confirmed order and creates no obligation on our part until we accept it and receive payment in full.

We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, pricing or inventory error, restricted shipping destination, or inability to verify the information provided.

5. Payment

Payment is collected separately after your order is submitted, by Zelle or PayPal. You will receive an order number and payment instructions upon submitting your order.

Your order is not confirmed and no products are reserved until payment is received. Products are fulfilled in the order payment is received. If an item sells out before your payment arrives, we will contact you to arrange a substitution, a backorder, or cancellation.

Include your order number with your payment. Payments that cannot be matched to an order may be delayed or returned.

6. Pricing, availability, and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Stock figures shown on this site are updated manually and may not reflect real-time availability.

We reserve the right to correct any error in pricing, product description, or availability, and to cancel any order placed on the basis of such an error, including after an order has been submitted.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, typically the next business day after payment clears. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

We do not ship to certain destinations. If your destination is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

8. Returns

See our Shipping & Returns policy. Opened vials cannot be returned.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Administer any product to a human or animal
  • Resell, repackage, or redistribute any product as a consumer good
  • Represent any product as approved, safe, or effective for any use
  • Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, and use of these products is lawful where you are.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, logos, and layout — is owned by Nutri-Covery Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nutri-Covery Labs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutri-Covery Labs, its owners, and its agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use, misuse, handling, storage, or distribution of any product purchased from this site, or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
