This policy explains what Nutri-Covery Labs (“we,” “us”) collects when you use nutricoverylabs.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items you ordered, and any notes you provide.

When you contact us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

When you join our email list: your email address, and the page or campaign you subscribed from.

Automatically: basic, aggregated traffic analytics — pages visited, approximate region, referring site. Our analytics do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.

We do not collect payment card information. We have no card processor and never see card details. Payment is arranged separately by Zelle or PayPal.

How your order information is handled

We do not operate a customer database. When you place an order, your order details are transmitted by email to our support inbox and to you. Your information is retained in our email records for order fulfillment, customer service, and tax and business record purposes.

Cookies

We use one cookie: a record that you acknowledged the age and research-use notice, so you aren't asked on every page. It expires after 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we add advertising pixels in future, this policy will be updated and a consent notice will be shown.

Service providers

We share information only with the services needed to run the site and fill orders:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — email delivery
• USPS — shipping and delivery

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention

Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, customer service, and legal or tax requirements. Email list subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Email support@nutricovery.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

EU/UK residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. Our lawful bases are contract performance (orders) and consent (email list).

Marketing email

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any marketing email. Transactional email about an order you placed is not marketing and is sent regardless.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
